Donny Osmond and Twenty years of marriage

20 Years!!! My Husband and I just celebrated our 20 year Wedding Anniversary last week. And since Bret HATES his picture taken, I thought I would include a picture of the person I was planning on marrying when I was just eight years old. Yes, it was Donny Osmond. I dug out a few things from my childhood, that I have been unable to part with...LOL. As an eight year old, I was sure Donny and I were meant for each other. It did not matter that he was ten years older and millions of other girls felt the same way. I remember writing in my diary after each variety show episode about how much I loved Donny and how glad I would be to have Marie Osmond as a sister.
Little did I know then that I would find someone perfect for me, just a bit later in life.
So Happy Anniverysary Bret. It has been a wild ride. We have lived on the West Coast and East Coast and places in between. We have survived sleepless nights with kids, many moves, career changes and saying good bye,for now, to dear loved ones. I am glad to be your copilot. And although I am not so good with a map and your not so good at asking directions, I will always enjoy the journey.
