New Tutorial
Posted by administrator on Monday, April 12th, 2010
We have a new tutorial posted on Cutting Corners College. Amanda from The Quilted Fish has created this cute notebook and called it Writey Tidy. It only looks difficult, but if you can sew a strait stitch you can make this project. Click on Cutting Corners at the top of the page and follow Amanda's step by step instructions. Thanks Amanda!

And since we are showing off a little of our Andrea Victoria line, I could not resist showing off my new travel bag. Melanie Larsen made this for me. Wow! Her work is incredible, and now I will be traveling in style...... Thanks Melanie.

The pattern I used for my bag is from The Creative Thimble, called the professional Tote. Designer: Laura Martell www.thecreativethimble.comby cindy on 15 April 2010 at 7:34 a.m.

It is a fantastic bag, which has more pockets than I know what do with. I am not sure what pattern Melanie used, but I can find out. (No, we don't carry it) I saw Melanie and her sister Kim (of Kim's Kaps) last quilt market sporting their own cute bags and I knew I had to have one. Melanie was just nice enough to make one for Jina and I.by Cindy on 13 April 2010 at 6:46 a.m.
