Happy New Year....we have so many exciting things planned in 2014!

First on the list is our Block of the Month Program.

 This is Riley Blake Designs' 2014 block of the month quilt. Our theme for the year is "Celebrate the Holidays with Fabric" and we decided we wanted to make birthdays extra special with a birthday quilt. Each member of the family will be able to enjoy their day with this special blanket. This quilt features a large birthday cake, party hats, cupcakes, candles and more. This quilt top still needs a border and then it will be ready to drop off to my long arm quilter.

Join us this year as Jina and I introduce a block from this quilt each month. More information to come.....Block of the Month program starts the end of January.

 If you have always wanted to make a handmade Quiet book now is your chance. Starting tomorrow, join us every Friday  on Cutting Corners College for tutorials on Quiet book pages. I am looking forward to all of the unique pages our guest instructors will be creating.

1. I love this quilt SO much! Love the timing too. My birthday id "the end of January"! All of my favorite things too. I think I just need to add a Mickey Mouse block for it to be perfect for me! Happy New Year!!!

5. I can't wait to join your Block of the Month program, my birthday too, near the end of January! I love the look at each block, I think it would be great for my grandson who will turn 5 years old in Sept., this would be a great Christmas gift for him.
