Visiting New Zealand

Perhaps the best part of my job is traveling and meeting with people that share our passion for fabric. These ladies are definitely these kind of people. This was a dinner shared with fabric friends in New Zealand. We were visiting Cushla (to the right of me-plus two members of her staff) of Cushla's Village Fabrics in Marupa, New Zealand.  Cushla has a beautiful shop with a good selection of Riley Blake fabrics.         Jina, Cindy and Amanda have headed to Australia by invitation of Sue Daley for Cotton Carnivale,  a three day even full of inspiration and ideas for shop owners.   Sue runs Millhouse Collections a distributor of Riley Blake Designs/Penny Rose fabrics. Lucky Girl Dress Blog Tour

When Lucy invited us to sponsor and participate in her Lucky Girl Dress blog tour, we were thrilled! We love Lucy's stuffed animal patterns, so we were excited to try out her brand new dress pattern using our jersey knit fabrics.  This pattern has a lot of flexibility to it.
