Hanging Car Pockets Sewing Tutorial

I have a little boy.  Which also means I have little cars scattered around the bedroom floor.  I figured out a way to both organize the cars and keep them off the floor: Hanging Car Pockets.  These pockets are awesome because it hangs inside his closet door and he actually keeps his car in it.  {I think he is just happy that I sewed something for him instead of the girls.}  I am just happy the cars are off the floor so I don’t step on them anymore. :)  Want to make one?  I created a tutorial just for you ... ...read more

  Hi RBD! I'm Nikkala from The Crafting Chicks and I'm so excited to show how I gave my kitchen window a make over in 20 minutes and for $5! We've painted our kitchen cabinets, the walls, and replaced the light above the sink but something was still missing in here. That something happens to be the Serenata peacock fabric. March Mystery Block of the Month

Simplicity is the name of March's block of the month. We love simple things and we love the color of lavender. Which is a new color in our basics.  Next month's block is pretty easy too. But we have a homework assignment for the May mystery block. Save all of your fabric selvages.   We are going to be using strips of selvages to make the May block of the month.....it is going to be cute!
