Thanks for all of your comments! We loved reading each and every one. Cross my heart I did not cherry pick any winners, but I loved the comment in particular about being a foster care giver. Anyone who opens their home to children in need, is a Hero to me and deserves to win. Congrats!

Shared Inspiration is our local quilt groups theme for the year. I get inspired every time I go to quilt group....and the running joke in our circle is that it "puts us in the mood" (to sew that is). Flora, the leader of our group, introduced the theme for the year by sharing some of her inspirations.

We Love working with My Mind's Eye. They always have great art which makes great fabric. Marcia, owner of MME and personal friend, has a fantastic eye for the latest trends in design and works closely with her staff to get just the right look.

We Love our new tutorial on Cutting Corners College. The colors are darling anytime, but perfect for Valentines. What I love about this new project is that it shows off our Sew Together products. Hanging Topiary 759 (JPG)

Using Quite Contrary by MME you can see how cute our crochet flowers blend with our new ribbon. Here is just sneak peak of two of our basics, tone on tone dots and gingham ribbon. With the release of Feeling Groovy a few weeks ago, we thought now would be a good time to introduce you to Doodlebug designs. Doodlebug designs is owned by Cynthea Sandoval. Laminate News

Laminate is coming sooner than later. Our first line of laminate was scheduled to arrive in May, with Lila Tueller's line Lola's posies. However, our sales reps were getting restless because they wanted samples of laminate to show at their sales appointments now not in May. Sugar and Spice just happened to be in production at the factory when we called... so we had yardage made for our sales reps plus a little more for us to sell. Happy New Year! We are excited about 2011 and wish everyone a year with health and happiness. We have much to be grateful for. I really love this time of year. A time of giving, a time of reflection. I think we all meet people on occasion that open our eyes, inspire and motivate us to do good. I meet such a person a couple of years back named "Liz".
