I love vintage buttons.  Here is a great way to use your favorite button to make this stunning zipper flower.  Add a pin on the back and it easily adds character to your favorite hat, bag, coat or jacket. We are Back

We are back from vacation.   Our family visits Jackson Hole, Wyoming every year and I am always taken back from the beauty of the Grand Tetons.

Here is one of the most photographed barns in America.  This is Moulton Barn on Mormon row and with the Tetons as a background it is Amazing! Nantucket Summer

Nantucket Summer arrived yesterday. If you preordered this line you should have it.  I was visiting a local quilt store today and it did my heart good to see one of their customers with an arm full Nantucket Summer fabric. Halloween Countdown

Our Cutting Corners instructors are so clever!  Our latest tutorial is by JaiCi Razak and is a Halloween Countdown.  How cute is this!  JaiCi fussy cut our "Boo to You" characters and placed velcro on the back, allowing little ones to post one Halloween character per October day.  So watch for this tutorial on Cutting Corners College, I am working on posting it tomorrow.

Spring Market 2010

Minnesota 2010 we wanted to show off our colors. We worked with an amazing company, and they brought the vision of our booth to reality. We wanted to display our fabric on walls...and this is what they came up with.  Here is Jina showing it off.

HMQS Fabric Challenge

We wanted to thank everyone who participated in the HMQS fabric challenge sponsored by Riley Blake Designs. $4,600 dollars was raised last weekend from the live auction of all of the challenge quilts.  This is the most money ever raised from a HMQS fabic challenge.  All proceeds will be donated to PJs Forgotten Children.  Thank you ladies for sharing your talents for this worthy cause and thank you for all of the generous bidders.  I won the bid on a couple of beautiful quilts made out of our Sublime fabric....and would have bought more if the bids did ... ...read more
