Christmas Fabric lights

Since tomorrow is December 1st...I thought I would share this fun Christmas idea brought to you from Chrissy (on staff at Riley Blake Designs). Given to her by her sister, these Christmas lights are embellished with fabric ties. It is only one set of regular Christmas lights with strips of fabric. The fabric is 1" wide and 4 1/2" long strips, tied between the lights. 5 strips of fabric between each light. It would probably not meet fire code, so I would not leave it unattended. Just arrived home and I wanted to share what I love about Australia. Love the Sydney Opera House.

Love Australians So many friendly nice people Love the Sydney Ballet Meet Helen, we met her the first hour we arrived and she gave us a ticket to the Sydney Ballet. Helen saw us walking to buy tickets for a tour at the Sydney Opera house and she happened to have an extra ticket for the ballet and asked us if we would like to use it. Today's pincushion on Cutting Corners College is called a Shabby Chevron Flower pincushion by Bobbie from Vision to Remember. We are sending a Big Shout out to Australia! Our bags are packed and my daughter, Riley and I are heading to Australia . Wahoo, first time! We are landing in Sydney, having a little fun along the way, and ending up to Melbourne for the AQM show. If you are attending AQM, join Sue Daley and I for "Show and Share" Saturday, November 24th at 9:40 am.
