lt I just finished using Riley Blake's On the Go line! I had a blast putting it together, as I kept imagining a little boy sitting on it, playing with his toy cars, trucks, and airplanes...
I have prepared a list of all the materials you will need, as well as pictures of every step. The quilt is assembled in columns, not rows, and I also have a picture showing what the columns look like.
You will cut squares and rectangles, piece the flying geese, and then put it all together very quickly. The final quilt measures 66" X 66".

Materials
2 yd of C3180 Brown for blocks and large border
1/2 yd C3181 Sky Blue for blocks
1/2 yd C3183 Yellow for blocks
1/2 yd C3184 Brown for blocks
1/2 yd C3185 Yellow for blocks
3/4 yd C3185 Blue for geese and small border
1/2 yd C3182 Multi for geese
1/2 yd C3185 Brown for geese
3/4 yd C200-03 Snow for geese
1/2 yd C3186 Brown for binding
3 7/8 yd coordinating fabric for backing
Batting
Basic sewing supplies
Below is how you will cut all the fabrics. Once you have it all cut, assembling the quilt is a breeze.
Cut for Blocks:
- From C3180: 2 strips 8 1/2" X WOF. From these strips cut: 4 squares 4 1/2"x 8 1/2", and 2 rectangles: one rectangle measures 12 1/2" x 8 1/2", the other 12 1/2"x 4 1/2"
- From C3184: 2 strips 8 1/2" X WOF. From these cut 8 squares 8 1/2" x 8 1/2"
- From C3183: 1 strip 8 1/2" X WOF. Then, cut 4 squares 8 1/2" x 8 1/2"
- From C3181: 4 strips 4 1/2" X WOF. Then, cut 8 rectangles 4 1/2" x 8 1/2"
- From C3185: 4 strips 4 1/2" X WOF. Then, cut 8 rectangles 4 1/2" x 12 1/2";6 rectangles 4 1/2" x 8 1/2"; and 6 squares 4 1/2" x 4 1/2"
Cut for Flying Geese:
- From C200-03 (white): 10 strips 2 1/2" X WOF. Then, cut 152 squares measuring 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
- From C3182 (multi): 4 strips 2 1/2" X WOF. Then, cut 32 rectangles 2 1/2" x 4 1/2"
- From C3185 (brown): 3 strips 2 1/2" X WOF. Then, cut 20 rectangles 2 1/2" x 4 1/2"
- From C3185 (blue): 3 strips 2 1/2" X WOF. Then, cut 24 rectangles 2 1/2" x 4 1/2"
Cut for narrow border:
- From C3185 (blue): 6 strips 3" X WOF
Cut for large border:
- From C3180: 7 strips 5" X WOF
Cut for binding:
- From C3186: 7 strips 2 1/2" X WOF
Here is a picture of how we will assemble the quilt top... 
... and now, step by step. I press blocks as I sew them together and before I attach them to other blocks. The irregular grid design can look difficult, but it is very easy to assemble. I have lots of pictures to make it even easier for you!
We will start with 2 blue flying geese, 2 multi, and 2 brown. Fold a white square in half diagonally and crease on the fold, open it and align it to the top left corner of a blue rectangle (right sides together) so that the crease goes from the middle of the rectangle to its bottom left corner. Sew on the crease line. Fold the square over the sewn line...
... press it, then do the same with another square piece, aligning it to the top right corner of the rectangle...
... sew it, fold it back...
... trim the back two layers (white and blue), iron it, and you are done!
Make the other blue geese, then the 2 multi and the two brown...
... and here is the first block.
Join a 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" yellow rectangle to the 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" block as shown. Press it.
Assemble another 2 blue flying geese, attach it to a 4 1/2" yellow square. Press it and lets join this twosome to an 8 1/2" square as shown...
... add one 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" airplane rectangle as shown...
... and let's put the previous blocks together as follows (First the row of geese, then the other blocks shown below)...
... add an yellow 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle to the bottom of the column of blocks you just assembled...
... make a block with 2 multi geese and 2 blue geese, sew it to the bottom of a brown square as shown...
... add a 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" blue airplane rectangle...
... and sew this block to the yellow rectangle of the previous block...
... finally, make a block with 2 brown geese and 2 multi geese...
Sew 2 brown geese to 2 multi geese, then sew it to a brown 8 1/2" square.
Make a block with 2 blue geese, and sew it to a 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" yellow rectangle. Join them to the previous block as shown above. The first column should look like this:
Here is the sequence for the second column:
Sew together 2 blue and two multi geese... then sew them to the brown square as above.
Add a blue airplane 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle to the bottom, then a 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" yellow rectangle to the side of this block....and this is the top of the second column.
Sew 2 brown geese to 2 multi, and then sew the block to a 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" yellow rectangle, then sew it to a truck square as shown below, and attach this block to the previous one as shown:
Sew together 2 multi geese, 2 blue, and 2 multi again. Sew this block to a yellow 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" yellow rectangle, then sew a 8 1/2" x 12 1/2" brown square as shown to the yellow rectangle.
Sew this to the previous block as shown below...
Next, sew together 2 brown and two multi geese, and attach them to a 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" yellow rectangle...
... then sew it to the truck square...
Next, sew 2 brown geese to a yellow 4 1/2" square, then sew them both to the brown square as shown.
Now, sew a blue airplane 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle to the top of the previous block, then sew a yellow 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle...
... and attach this block to the previous blocks. And this is the end of the second column. Here are the two columns:
Begin the third column:
Sew together 2 brown geese, then sew them to a yellow 4 1/2" square. Sew them to the brown square as shown above...
... then sew a blue airplane 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle to the bottom of the block.
Next, sew two blue geese together, sew them to a yellow 4 1/2" square, then sew them to a truck square as shown above. Now, sew them to the previous block.
Sew 2 multi geese to 2 brown and then to another 2 multi, attach a yellow 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" yellow rectangle to the left of the geese, and a brown 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle. Sew this block to the previous block.
You are almost done with the third column! Sew 2 blue geese to a yellow 4 1/2" square, then to a truck square as above...
... then add a blue airplane rectangle on the bottom.
Sew 2 multi geese to two blue geese, then sew them to a brown square. Add this block to the the previous block, and this is the third column!
Begin the last column by sewing together 2 blue geese, 2 multi geese, and 2 brown geese.
Now, sew a 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" yellow rectangle to a brown 8 1/2" square, and attach them to the flying geese as shown below:
Sew 2 blue geese to 2 multi geese, then sew them to a different brown square as below:
Add a blue airplane rectangle to the left of the block, and sew the resulting block to the previous one as shown below:
Place a yellow 4 1/2" x 12 1/2" rectangle on the bottom...
Sew 2 brown geese together, attach them to the yellow square, then sew them to the brown square:
Add a blue airplane rectangle to the right of the block, and sew them to the previous block.
Finally (phew!), sew a yellow 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" rectangle to the last brown square, sew it to the previous block...
... sew 2 multi geese to 2 brown and another set of 2 multi geese, attach them to the column, and you are done!!!
Sew the blue 3" strips together, add them as border to the sides and then to the top and bottom of the quilt. Then, do the same with the 5" brown strips for the larger border. Piece the backing, make the quilt sandwich and quilt it (or send it to the quilter...). Finally, add the binding. Here it is again:
