A Chilean who calls Washington state home, Fran of Cotton and Joy has been described as "addicted to creating." Always doodling or crafting, she first learned to quilt while pregnant with her oldest son in 2014, but it wasn't until 2018 when she encountered the modern quilting world that she was hooked.

Before starting Cotton and Joy, Fran worked 8 years as a web designer and loves happy, bright colors and has a tendency to stay up way too late reading.
