Shipping
All orders from the lower 48 states meeting our $300 minimum will receive free shipping. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will receive free shipping if orders are sent to an address in the lower 48 states (EX: coordinating orders with a freight forwarder).
International accounts do not qualify for free shipping and can arrange to ship via UPS or with the freight forwarder of your choice.
Cancellation
Riley Blake Designs fabrics are manufactured overseas. Pre-orders determine our final production quantities. Cancellations requested after our official Last Call email are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The Last Call email is sent approximately 120 days before the product release date.
Kits and other special order items CANNOT be canceled once production has started.
Return
If you need to return product(s) then you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service. Any issues with your purchase must be reported within five (5) days.
Special order items are not returnable.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Original condition and UNOPENED packaging.
- 100% resalable condition for credit to be issued.
- Be received within 15 days of RMA issuance.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund for the amount of the purchased item, less any applicable fees, will be issued via the method selected when the Return Merchandise Authorization was placed.
Special Orders
Special orders (EX: custom kits and precuts, laminates, ROT, etc.) may require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. The order cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Why do I need to pre-order fabric?
We pre-order our fabric lines to meet customer demand. This helps us control our inventory and make sure we fulfill all of our customers’ needs. When you pre-order fabric lines, we can ensure we order enough to meet needs, allow for some reorders, and prevent us from over ordering.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum value for each order must be $300. The minimum order value annually for each account is $1,000.
Will I need to order through my sales rep, or can I order directly from the website?
We want to make ordering as easy as possible for you! If you have the inkling to order at midnight, we suggest ordering online instead of calling your rep! Our goal is to help your business have all the tools at the ready. All orders will get processed the same way!
How often are new designer collections released?
We release designer collections each month! Stay current on what’s coming on our website!
Do I have permission to use and share Riley Blake’s photos to promote your products in my shop or store?
We are thrilled to have our customers -- and end users -- use and share our images. When posting, please make sure you tag us -- #rileyblakedesigns and @rileyblakedesigns -- as well as the collection/designer which varies by line.
Can I use RBD fabric to make items and then sell them?
It depends! You can use any Riley Blake Designs fabrics except for our Licensed Collections. We hope our fabrics inspire you to make quilts, apparel, home decor and other finished goods to keep, use as gifts or to sell. If possible when selling items, please use our name or hashtag -- #rileyblakedesigns and @rileyblakedesigns. Thank you and we wish you luck!
How do I access the Image Repository?
To gain access to the approved images, request permission and the documentation from a sales rep or from our customer care team. Upon approval, a document will be sent to you with instructions.
